On the continent of Africa the Church has been growing at a phenomenal pace. So much so, that some experts believe that we are twenty years behind in leadership development. The Church could be characterized as being one mile wide yet only one inch deep. The Church has grown in breadth, but not in depth.

With the pace of growth, new models are needed that are not only culturally relevant, but also meet the need in a timely fashion. Since pioneering its training programs for church leaders in the late eighties, ICM remains committed to being on the cutting edge in providing practical, in-service training for Christian leaders on the continent.

ICM Canada partners together with ICM USA and our African staff to equip Church leaders through our various ministries. ICM has ministries throughout Africa and for more information check out the rest of our site.
