"After over two decades of ministry it has become increasingly clear to me that in order for churches to be healthy and reproducing, equipped leadership is essential. This has been what has motivated us since first beginning International Christian Ministries in Canada.

Since then, the need for effective, equipped leadership around the world has increased, not diminished. As a ministry, we are committed to implementing innovative, culturally relevant strategies so that Christian leaders will be equipped and reproducing churches planted. Our purpose is to serve the Church by equipping its leaders.

From our early days in Africa, to our work in Central/East Europe, the ministry continues to grow in response to this great need around the world. Whatever the program, our goal is to come along side of Christian leaders, serving them so that they may better serve others.
