The Need

• Of the estimated over two million evangelical churches around the world, 85% of the leaders have no theological training. Every day 7000 new church leaders are needed to care for the growing church.
• If every training institution would operate at 120% capacity, less than 10% of the unequipped leaders would be trained (WEA 1999).

ICM Purpose

• Christian Leadership Institute is designed so that Church leaders have access to quality training and are then equipped to provide this training to others.
• It is our purpose that all Christian leaders have access to training regardless of their educational level or socio-economic status.

ICM Strategy

• All seminars and conferences offered through the Institute are one to two days in duration (can be combined to be longer). Last year over one million were trained through ICM’s CLI.
• Through various partnerships, such as Purpose Driven Ministries, Walk thru the Bible, and Maxwell’s Equip Ministries, ICM provides sound biblical training for Christian living. Every participant is then given materials so that they can teach what they have learned to others.
