After being the seedbed of the Reformation and various revivals that have had an impact around the world, Europe has itself become a mission field.

The sad fact is that the percentage of believers in some countries is even less than those in some countries of the resistant 10/40 Window. The good news is that the Lord of the Harvest has gone on before us and bids us to join Him. He has not forgotten about Europe – and neither should we. The fact is that there is a new wind blowing among the emerging generation, who are looking for reality and authenticity.

ICM is committed to new relevant strategies to reach this generation and then to come along side of them to mentor and equip them as they plant churches. We desire to be part of a church planting movement throughout Europe - both East and West. While we are seeing a bountiful harvest in other parts of the world, our passion is to labour together and “catch the wind” of what God is doing in Europe and see that occur in this region.

Our European office is in Berlin and our primary focus is on reaching into the post-Soviet lands. Our strategy includes coming along side of Christian leaders in the church as well as in the community to help them reach their full potential and make their Kingdom impact. We faciliate this through our Mentoring and Ministry Coaching Networks, as we provide materials to equip another generation. For more information check out the rest of our site.
