The Need
- Typically, mentoring does not occur in bible schools and seminaries. Consequently few church leaders today have been mentored or know how to mentor others.
- Unlike the previous generation of leaders, the emerging younger generation of Christian leaders are looking for mentors – those who will walk along side of them.
ICM Purpose
- Mentoring thru Intentional Relationships is a resource available in various languages designed to help mentors and those wanting to be mentored – to help leaders reproduce themselves.
- Through a one or two day workshop participants are taught how they can be a mentor and are then given a resource to help them in the process.
ICM Strategy
- Mentoring thru Intentional Relationships is a program designed to bring focus to a mentoring relationship.
- The manual provides a framework for a one-on-one relationship, as well as direction for a peer mentoring discussion group. It is available in various languages and being used in various regions of the world.
- The Mentoring Workshop is presented to groups of leaders with regular follow up in order to facilitate ongoing mentoring. It is also incorporated in ICM’s Church Planters Academy.
Ministry Opportunities
- Host a Mentoring Workshop for your denomination, regional churches, organization, or missions team.
- Purchase a manual (printed or as pdf,) and begin to mentor someone (Visa, Cheque or PayPal).
- Contact us regarding translating the manual into another language or fund a translation project. Provide funds to provide manuals for those who cannot afford them.
