The Need

• In order to fulfill the Great Commission, every believer around the world needs to realize that they are a minister of the Gospel. While pastors and other clergy are important, we cannot leave this task to them alone.
• In regions of the world like Eastern Europe where there are few believers, it is crucial that all believers are equipped to start ministries and be effective in reaching within their sphere of influence. In regions of the world like Africa and Latin America where the church is growing at a phenomenal pace, it is particularly crucial that all believers are trained so that they can train others.
• God is raising up a new generation of young leaders with vision, but they need those to come along side of them and coach them as they plant churches, start mission outreaches, or are effective business and community leaders.

ICM Purpose

• Our Ministry Coaching Network is a series of materials that are designed to coach those involved in ministry, both in a lay and professional capacity.
• Depending on what is needed in a region, ICM works with local nationals to design conferences that best address the training needs that the leaders have in that region.

ICM Strategy

• The materials developed range from personal, marriage and family issues, to team building, to understanding how to manage change, to correctly teaching the Bible, as well as many other practical leadership themes.
• While these material are taught in a workshop model during the conference, our team members who have been involved in a variety of ministries, build relationships in order to coach participants so that they may be equipped to do works of service in whatever capacity they are involved – both within the church or in the community.
