In August the ICM Canada board had the privilege to meet Carlos who was visiting Canada for the first time from Dominican Republic. He shared with the board (and other gathered friends) the leadership needs in the Caribbean church, as well as throughout Latin America.

Carlos is the director of a ministry in DR, as well as being part of several  networks that span many countries in Latin America. As a Coach in our Ministry Coaching Network he is a key leader as we see the expansion of leadership training within the Spanish speaking world.
