Several years ago, Valera and Narina moved from southern Russia to St. Petersburg to plant a church. To accomplish this they have begun to also train their own leadership in preparation for additional church plants. They are using our competency based Christian Leadership Institute (CLI) program  in St. Petersburg as well as in another city. These initial ten participants are part of our global Leadership Institute and are being mentored by them to serve alongside of them in their vision to plant churches in Russia. Valera also teaches a group of theological students at Logos University using our ICM materials. Even though Narina is very busy being the Principal ofan International School and with the church, we are so appreciative of all her hard work in translation. Over the years she has translated thousands of pages into Russian and is now working on the CLI materials.
