In 2025 we will be having our  international consultation for our Christian Leadership Institute (CLI). Over the last ten years we have hosted several of these, one at a ranch near Calgary, another one in Lutherstadt in Germany, and last year a smaller group in Istanbul, Turkey. Those in our Ministry Coaching Network (MCNet), who have already begun to implement our competency based ministerial training, Christian Leadership Institute (CLI), have been invited. Participants will be from Russia, Germany, and Latin America/Caribbean.

Each participant will cover their travel costs, but our goal will be is to cover all in-country costs for each couple, as this is beyond the reach of most. If you would like to participate in this project, your year-end donation will be an investment in these leader’s growth and health as they continue to serve others.

The team is planning on meeting in Europe so that our collegues from Russia, as well as from Latin America/Caribbean, will be able to attend.

We have been developing the CLI program over the last five years and it is currently in Spanish and Russian. This is a unique training program that is more than just academic biblical and theological training. Each candidate is evaluated in a total of forty ministry/life competencies and assigned learning activities by a local mentor. This takes advantage of the mentoring relationships our teams in each region have been developing over the last couple decades. Each candidate in the CLI program is also registered on the website, and through the platform connect with their mentor and gain access to materials.

Participants earn either a two year Certificate in Christian Leadership or a four year Certificate in Christian Ministry.
