The Gang of 4 (in Ukraine)
Maxym has been increasing the capacity of the Ministry Coaching Network in eastern Ukraine by introducing key leaders to the ICM/MCNet leadership materials. He continues to lead a mission agency from which he has also planted a new church. One of the leaders in Network, Jacob, pastors one of the largest churches in the city. Through our materials he has refocused the vision of his ministry by equipping the body, mentoring young leaders and releasing them into ministry. This goes against the culture of both the larger society as well as the prevalent church culture. The result has been that the church is growing and has planted another daughter church.
Another leader in the Network, Vladimir, has also been intentionally developing other leaders and has used several of our assessments to help the church be strategic as it grows and reaches the community in which it is located. Phil has been able to coach them as they plan on going to two services as well as take steps to renew the wineskin of how they do ministry – affirming the blessings of the past, while renewing the vision so that the next generation is prepared to share the Gospel in relevant ways within their community.
Thank you for your prayers and support which enables us to develop and provide these materials to leaders, as well as making it possible for Phil and the team to come alongside of these leaders and coach them as they implement the principles of servant leadership and mentor other leaders to reach their generation with the Good News.
