Before the leader can develop effective healthy ministry teams, the First Team (Marriage) must be healthy. This 70+ page manual is designed to provide materials for the leader’s own marriage as well as notes from which to train others on their team or ministry.

While intended for those in some ministry capacity, it has been used by leaders as a marriage seminar in many churches in a variety of cultures around the world. It focuses on universal biblical principles rather than delving into cultural nuances of family life.
