They are also provided as stand alone tools, although it is recommended that they be used together with the corresponding workshop or teaching material. 2. Motivation and Gifts Assessment

This is a ten page assessment tool to help someone understand their basic gifting and motivation and possible roles that this may indicate. The questions guide the mentoree through an Inward Conviction Questionnaire, how Gifts are related to Traits and Confirmation of Spiritual Gifts. Each of these are designed to be answered and then discussed with a mentor. It is also included in Mentoring thru Intentional Relationships Guide 1 and the Leadership Foundations Workshop.
