ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This manual has been used by worship teams in various cultures in building healthy worship teams. Rather than focusing on worship styles or methods, it lays a foundation for having the right heart as a “worshiper” and then how a team leader can build an effective worship team.

The various chapters include, The Heart of Worship, Team & Band Dynamics, Musicianship, Song Writing, and Basic Recording. Rather than style or music genre, it focuses on the relationship dynamics, both with the object of our worship and the team that leads others in worship. A chapter is also devoted to helping participant teams learn the basics of writing their own worship songs.
