The Coaching Process is designed to either help bring about change in an existing church/organization or to help a new ministry/church identify vision, grow a team, and develop a strategy.

Through a series of eight core workshops (and several elective workshops), the principles of healthy leadership, healthy teams, and healthy ministries are introduced. These are accompanied by resources such as a Mentoring Guide, Church Health and Evaluation Assessment, Church Planters Assessment, and many other leadership and team assessments. For organizational leaders, the Coaching Guide then serves as a playbook for the entire transformation process.

These materials are designed to lay a foundation for understanding organizational dynamics and how to bring about change as a systems wide level. It is a reproducible model intended for leaders so that they can be catalysts for transformation of their leadership and organizations. The MCNet Process also provides ongoing consultation by recognized MCNet Coaches.
