Servant Leadership Assessment

This 30 questions assessment highlights the key principles of servant leadership. It can be used by individuals and teams to address what areas of growth of needed to better reflect the type of leadership that Jesus exemplified. This is also a great discussion tool to be used within a mentoring relationship. While this resource will not make someone a servant leader, it can highlight one’s values and areas of realignment and growth. It is also included in Mentoring thru Intentional Relationships Guide 2.
